Expedition One is dedicated to bringing new and innovative products to the market, with an emphasis on performance without limiting the functionality of your vehicle. All Expedition One equipment is designed using state of the art Computer Aided Drawings (CAD) and is precision formed using Computer Numeric Control Machining (CNC). Manufacturing
Expedition One bumpers are manufactured using state of the art CNC machining. Our basic bumper consists of an outer shell comprised of 3/16" high quality steel, oiled, and free of mill scale. The shell is precision laser cut, bent, welded, and then grinded smooth.

Finish
Trail Series bumpers can either be ordered bare or protected from the elements by powder coat. Powder Coat consists of a thin plastic film applied as a powder to the bumper as it is electrostatically charged. It is then baked at about 400 degrees, leaving a durable, powder coated finish.
